The ATMS Project Progress Map provides real-time updates on the deployment of traffic signal controllers and detection systems, helping stakeholders track progress and monitor key milestones.
Note: The map is not yet active as the project is currently in Phase 1, focused on testing and certification to ensure system reliability before full-scale deployment.
Progress Map Features
The ATMS Project Progress Map will include two key components:
Controller Swap Progress
Tracks the replacement of approximately 3,000 outdated traffic signal controllers at signalized intersections across the county. This effort will take place over five years, starting in March 2026.

Detection Installation Progress
Monitors the installation of advanced detection systems at up to 600 intersections, enhancing traffic monitoring and management. This work is expected to be completed over a seven-year period.
